Dispatch Coordinator – Global Role @ Innovative Technology

Location: Our state-of-the-art global head office in Oldham, Greater Manchester.
About the Role
We invite experienced Dispatch Coordinators to join our site-based Operations team, playing a pivotal role in optimising workflows and ensuring seamless production delivery in collaboration with our Dispatch Supervisor. This críticosal position involves daily support to dispatch and stores leadership while maintaining operational excellence within a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Close collaboration with the Dispatch Supervisor to streamline operations
- Daily oversight of dispatch processes and production scheduling
Responsibilities
- Safety Compliance: Actively uphold all company health and safety protocols and compliance regulations
- Production Flow Management: Oversee product flows across the shopfloor, ensuring scheduled order processing and timely completion
- **Inventory Tracking:**Support the stores team leader in managing spares and stock movement, guaranteeing inventory accuracy
- Dispatch Coordination: Provide essential support to the Dispatch Supervisor in ensuring prompt shipping to customers
- Workplace Organisation: Maintain a tidy, organised shopfloor
- Covering Repeat Periods: Cover holiday duties for the Assistant Production Manager and Dispatch Supervisor during peak demand

Essential Requirements
- 1-year minimum experience in a similar operational role
- Valid Manual Handling (FLT) License
- Proven knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, Lean methodology, and supportive software tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Experience liaising with suppliers, couriers, and internal customers
- Familiarity with production schedules and stock control systems
