Our Distribution Team is Looking for Dispatch Operatives
Our Distribution team are looking for Dispatch Operatives to join our team at Knightsbridge. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched to Harrods’ world-class standards, bringing the magic of Harrods to customers around the world, even after hours.
About the Role
Working five days out of seven, mainly Monday to Friday with some occasional weekend cover during peak periods. Shifts are 11pm- 7am 4 days on, 4 days off. You will be responsible for the accurate packing, processing, and dispatching of both customer and internal orders. You will handle a wide range of products with care, maintain a tidy workspace, and support other dispatch and warehouse functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Packing shopfloor and courier orders to the highest standards.
- Processing parcels using IShipper and SAP.
- Handling fragile and varied items with care and precision.
- Supporting internal collections from the store, Press Office, Management Offices, Legal Office, and Chairman’s Office when required.
- Assisting with the Courier Desk and special taxi deliveries.
- Helping maintain the Trevor Square building on a daily basis.
- Assisting the admin team with urgent requests and any reasonable tasks from your manager.
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping and organisation within the dispatch and warehouse areas.
- Supporting with export tasks when required.
About You
You will be detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player who thrives in a hands-on role. You will be comfortable working early and late shifts on rotation, adaptable to changing demands, and open to learning systems such as SAP. You will also:

- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be confident using PC systems and comfortable learning new software.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be flexible, reliable, and supportive of your team.
- Ideally have experience in packing, warehouse, or distribution roles (training provided).
- Be physically fit and able to meet the operational requirements of the role.
