Hourly rate: £13.45 (probation) → £13.80 after probation
Shift rota: Monday-Thursday 17:00-02:00 and Friday 17:00-01:30, 42 hours.
Plus: Peak role during Christmas production (six-day weeks)
Role Overview
As a Dispatch Operative, you’ll:
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure orders are picked and dispatched accurately and on time
- Monitor and log product quality checks: dates, temperatures, correct cold-chain handling
- Check products are correctly dated
- Check products are at the correct temperature
- Conduct inspections on Forklift, Pallet Truck & Pivot Steer Trucks daily
- Comply with all Health & Safety protocols and company policies
- Any other duties required connected with poultry processing

What You Bring
- Valid Forklift and pallet truck license (or willingness to train onsite)
- A keen eye for accuracy and cleanliness
- A positive, team oriented attitude
- Zero to minimal experience needed — enthusiasm and our full training (online/face to face) are all you need
- Own transport essential
