We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bank Dispatch & Warehouse Assistants. This flexible role combines delivery driving and warehouse operations, helping ensure our customers receive their goods quickly and accurately. If you enjoy a hands-on, fast-paced environment and take pride in excellent service, this could be a great opportunity to earn extra income.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Duties
Load and check goods onto the delivery van, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Safely deliver products to customers, placing items in designated areas when required. Represent Berwick Care professionally with a friendly and helpful attitude. Collect returns and process them according to company procedures. Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance. Report any vehicle or delivery issues promptly to management.

Warehouse Duties
Assist with unloading vehicles and checking goods upon arrival. Record and store items accurately in the warehouse. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch to meet customer deadlines. Label and assemble products as required. Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised work environment. Support other warehouse team members as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
Valid UK driving licence. Ability to lift and move heavy items safely. Good attention to detail and organisational skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Friendly and professional customer service approach.
