Ground Handling Turn-Around Supervisor

Role Purpose
Co-ordinate all functions necessary to enable the safe, secure, on-time departure of aircraft within scheduled turn-around times as per the Ground Handling Manual. Ensure the Menzies Aviation (MA) service standard is consistently delivered in line with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service as per Menzies and airline standards to ensure full customer satisfaction throughout the turn-around process.
- Gather, input, and process all required data and documentation for secure and efficient turn-arounds, including:
- Weather reporting and NOTAMs (if applicable)
- Airport Digital Gateway System (LDM) and other automated/company systems
- Conduct pre-arrival inspections, performing:
- Aircraft checks
- Footprint area hazard/Foreign Object Debris (FOD) assessments
- Identify and report any faults or irregularities with equipment, systems, or processes to relevant management, airport authorities, and/or crew.
- Provide support for disruption management during the turnaround.
