Dispensary Technician
Type: 12-month contract
Are you passionate about science and looking to make a difference? We are seeking a motivated Dispensary Technician to join a dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in laboratory work to contribute to groundbreaking projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare samples for our innovative 'Screening Deck' project.
- Perform dry sample dispensing at our weigh station, ensuring accuracy.
- Create sample solutions in mM concentrations for shipping to a Contract Research Organisation (CRO).
- Engage in day-to-day activities including picking, dispensing, reformatting, and shipping samples.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a laboratory environment, ideally in a similar industry or through academic training.
- Proficient IT skills, including MS Excel and experience with laboratory LIMS systems (e.g., Mosaic).
- Familiarity with Tecan liquid handling systems is a plus!

Education Requirements:
- A Levels in relevant subjects.
- A BSc degree is preferred, especially for recent graduates seeking their first role.
