Dispenser
Dispenser (Pharmacy Team) – £13.92 to £16.64 per Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Prescription dispensing: Ensuring the safe supply of medicines, including ordering, labelling, dispensing, endorsing, and collection of prescriptions
- Collaborating with the store’s healthcare team to manage and deliver pharmacy services
- Providing care and advice to patients about medicines, referring complex queries to the pharmacist when necessary
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for legally compliant dispensing
- Staying updated with store innovations and operational processes
- Supporting patients with prescription management, reliable repeats, and effective long-term adherence
With evolving technology, you’ll help modernise traditional processes to improve safety while maximising patient-facing time.

What You’ll Need
Mandatory Requirements
- Completion of the NVQ2 Pharmacy Advisor or equivalent qualification or having completed the first year of an MPharm
- Valid UK right to work (visa sponsorship for Skilled Worker Visa not available)
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience in community pharmacy
