Dispenser – Pharmacy Team (London Locations)
Hourly Rate: £13.92 to £16.64 (selected London locations)
About the Role
As a Dispenser in one of our Pharmacy Teams, you will be a key member supporting the pharmacist and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, efficient, and professional pharmacy and healthcare services.
Your role will involve:
- Building strong, trustful relationships with patients by listening to and understanding their healthcare needs.
- Greeting customers, dispensing prescriptions safely, and ensuring proper medicine sales.
- Offering healthcare advice to help patients make well-informed decisions about their health and wellness.
This is a store-based role within the UK. Remote applications will not be considered, and candidates outside the UK must confirm UK qualifications and the right to work.
Key Responsibilities

Prescription Dispensary Tasks:
- Order, label, dispense, and monitor prescription medicines
- Ensure safe collection and endorsing of prescriptions
- Comply with UK regulations for prescription integrity

Patient Care & Support:
- Provide tailored health advice to patients
- Refer complex queries to the pharmacist where necessary
- Foster positive experiences with prescription management and adherence

Requirements
Essential:
- Completed a Pharmacy Advisor NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) or
- Completed the first year of an MPharm degree and are progressing studies
- Current and valid UK right to work (role not eligible for Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship)
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in community pharmacy
