Qualified Dispensing Optician – Your Role
What You’ll Be Doing
As a qualified Dispensing Optician, you will deliver exceptional customer care and expert advice to enhance our customers’ experience while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You’ll work within one of our stores, reporting directly to the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing clinical support for regulated dispensing within the store
- Inspiring your Optical team by sharing knowledge to deliver premium service
- Listening attentively to customer needs and offering personalised expert advice
- Assisting customers in selecting the correct eyewear and ensuring they receive products best suited to their requirements
- Supporting the team to maintain an efficient operational workflow while adhering to legal business standards
- Offering specialist knowledge for patients with complex eye health needs
Must-Have Qualifications & Requirements
Essential:
- Registered with the General Optical Council (GOC)
- Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD), fulfilling all training requirements
