About the Role
As a Dispensing Optician at Specsavers Southampton, you’re not just an expert in dispensing; you’re the face of our clinic. You’ll work closely with our store management team, offering stellar customer service and contributing to our strong practice culture.

Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Maintain high standards of customer service, making every interaction positive and fulfilling for our clients.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Optometrists to ensure smooth, consistent transitions between their assessments and your dispensing service.
- Handle aftersales service, attending to feedback with a pro-active, solution-focused attitude—translating complaints into loyalty.
- Increase sales and customer satisfaction by demonstrating polished, professional sales techniques and supporting team goals.
