Dispensing Optician
About the Role
As a qualified Dispensing Optician, you will be providing a high level of customer care and expert advice to make a real difference to our customers and keep them coming back. You will work in one of our stores, reporting to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Providing clinical support in store for regulated dispensing
- Inspiring your Optical team by sharing your knowledge to offer the very best service
- Listening to the needs of customers and offering expertise and advice
- Helping our customers choose the correct eyewear and providing guidance to ensure optimal product suitability
- Supporting the team to deliver efficient model daily operations and adhere to legal business processes
- Offering expert knowledge for patients with specialist requirements
Key Requirements
Must-Haves ✅
- Registered with the General Optical Council (GOC)
- Passion for ongoing learning and development, including completion of all CPD (Continuing Professional Development) training as required by the GOC
