We are looking for an experienced, motivated practice manager to lead our Sydenham practice and continue delivering the outstanding level of care our patients know and trust.

The Role
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring smooth operations, strong team performance, and an exceptional patient journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the practice team
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience at every touchpoint

- Manage diaries, workflow, and operational efficiency
- Maintain high clinical and compliance standards

About You
- Previous experience in optical practice management or a senior optical role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Commercial awareness with a focus on growth and performance
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Organised, proactive, and confident in decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
