Display Operative
Location: Leeds
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £29,251.00 per year
Licence/Certification: Full UK Manual Driving Licence (required)
Shift Pattern: 8am-5:30pm - with weekend work
As a member of our Display team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day presentation, organisation, and overall upkeep of the site. Working under the direction and guidance of the Sales Managers, you will help ensure that the yard is maintained to a high standard at all times, supporting smooth operations and creating a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for customers, visitors, and staff.
Day to Day
Ensuring the site is continually stocked and presented to a high standard. Re-arranging stock as required. Assisting sales staff with stock selection, when required. Take pride and responsibility for your own appearance as well as the appearance and organisation of the site in which you work. Communicate clearly, proactively and professionally to customers, management and colleagues alike and treat everyone with respect.

Person Specification
Hold a Full UK Driving Licence - Any job offer that requires driving company vehicles is subject to a DVLA check, and applicants with six or more penalty points or a previous disqualification may not meet our insurance requirements and therefore may not be eligible for employment. You will have good communication skills, be confident to liaise with stakeholders, Self-motivated with high standards, An organised team player with a positive outlook and proactive and innovative approach to problem solving Demonstrates a flexible approach to work that is focused on “getting the job done” Effective time management and flexibility in working patterns needed
