# Outdoor Planting Assistant/Site Presentation Lead Location: Camberley - Full-time, Permanent Salary: £29,251.00 per year
About the Role
As part of our Yard team, you’ll ensure the daily presentation, organisation, and stock management of our site, working closely under the Sales Managers’ direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high-level stocking and site presentation standards on an ongoing basis
- Reorganise stock as required to optimise layout and accessibility
- Support sales teams with efficient stock selection when needed
- Uphold professional appearance standards and maintain site tidiness
- Communicate effectively with customers, management, and colleagues with clarity, professionalism, and respect

License Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence (must have an unadorned licence for company vehicle use)
Essential Person Specification
You’ll need to demonstrate:
- Full UK Driving Licence (no disqualifications, no more than three existing penalty points)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Self-motivation and commitment to excellence in standards
- An organised, team-focused approach with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Integrity and honesty in all work practices
- Ability to adapt work patterns, prioritise tasks, and deliver results efficiently
