Disposals Administrator – Part Time (20 hours per week)

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Disposals team. The successful candidate will be quick to react to the needs of our customers and have the ability to work well under pressure, without supervision, in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment. Putting our customers at the heart of absolutely everything you do; you’ll focus on delivering industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times. You will have an excellent telephone manner, good IT skills, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

Your Journey as a Disposals Administrator involves:
- Maintaining a high level of customer service recognizing the company’s corporate standards
- Assisting in the day-to-day workings of the Remarketing & Logistics Department which involves Disposals, Collections, and Taxation, and actively providing cover for teammates
- Processing vehicle private sale requests utilizing valuation applications and liaising with the customer while meeting company targets and expectations
- The distribution and documenting of manufacturer recalls to all customers within a given SLA
- Raising end of contract refurbishment invoices to all customers in line with the BVRLA Fair Wear and Tear guidelines
- Termination of lease agreements using our internal system
- Generating end of contract sale invoices to internal and external customers within a given time frame while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Resolving customer queries within a given SLA via telephone and email in a professional and courteous manner
- Processing the V5 logbooks of sold vehicles and ensuring post-sale compliance

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience with Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel
- To be comfortable working with multiple spreadsheets simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills with very strong attention to detail
- Experience with complaint management and customer services
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills and excellent telephone manner
