Dispute Resolution Associate / Senior Associate (3-5 + PQE)
Derby or Nottingham | £60,000 - £75,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Litigation Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded regional law firm with a strong reputation across the Midlands.
This is a fantastic role for a commercial litigator looking to join a well-established and collaborative disputes team, advising an impressive and diverse client base including businesses, directors, property owners and high-net-worth individuals.
The team handles a broad spread of complex and high-quality contentious matters, offering genuine variety alongside the opportunity to develop your own specialisms over time.
The Opportunity
You will work across a broad range of disputes including:
- Commercial and contract disputes
- Property and landlord & tenant litigation
- Professional negligence claims
- Debt recovery and general civil litigation matters
- Defamation and reputational disputes

About You
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with experience in litigation/dispute resolution who are looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking regional platform.
You will ideally:
- Have solid experience handling a broad litigation caseload
- Be commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a growing team
- Be ambitious and motivated by long-term progression opportunities
