The Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to strengthen its growing Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of a Dispute Resolution Solicitor.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected litigation practice offering high-quality work, genuine autonomy and clear opportunities for long-term career progression.
You'll work alongside experienced litigators within a collaborative team, managing your own caseload while benefiting from support and mentoring whenever required.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes from instruction through to resolution.
The work is broad and includes a mix of litigation matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own caseload of dispute resolution matters with a high degree of autonomy.
- Advising clients on a broad range of civil and commercial disputes.
- Handling matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial where necessary.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider litigation team.
- Delivering practical, commercial advice while maintaining excellent client service.

About You
The firm is keen to hear from:
- Qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX) (2 - 6PQE)
- Lawyers who are confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Individuals who are organised, commercially minded and proactive.
- Candidates who enjoy client contact and working as part of a supportive team.
The Team
You'll become part of an established Dispute Resolution department consisting of experienced solicitors across multiple offices.
The team has built an excellent reputation for delivering practical advice to individuals and businesses across a wide range of contentious matters.
