Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Location: Lancashire - Hybrid

We're currently working with a growing law firm that is looking to recruit a Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding dispute resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with up to 6 years' PQE to take ownership of their own caseload while also working alongside experienced colleagues on more complex and higher-value litigation matters. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied workload, strong levels of responsibility, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Role Description

The role will involve:

  • Managing a broad caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters
  • Advising clients on strategy, risk, and dispute resolution options
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court documentation
  • Attending hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting business development and networking activities

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Up to 6 years' PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation
  • Experience managing their own caseload
  • Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
  • A commercial and client-focused approach
