Dispute Resolution Solicitor

This multi-office practice with a fantastic reputation in Kent has asked us to find them a further Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their growing team, working closely with a highly experienced Partner on complex disputes.

About the Role

Due to continued growth and success, this highly regarded Dispute Resolution team is looking to recruit a junior Solicitor (NQ–2 years' PQE) to join its busy and well established practice. You will manage a varied and high quality caseload, advising on a broad range of contentious matters, including property disputes, commercial litigation, contentious probate and inheritance claims, contractual disputes, and employment disputes. The ideal candidate will have gained experience across some or all of these areas and be keen to develop their expertise within a supportive and collaborative team.

Candidate Requirements

They are interested in seeing the CV’s of NQ candidates up to 2 years PQE. You will need experience and a solid track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. You will need to be well versed in delivering specialist commercial advice and adding value to the team by marketing the department, as well as being able to work well with other departments to increase cross referral instructions.
