Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Salary Up to £70,000 + Benefits + Bonus

About the Role

This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, modern, dynamic, and supportive law firm offering specialist quality legal advice to commercial clients and private individuals.

The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality commercial and private client work.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Dispute Resolution offering, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Litigation Solicitor to drive a resilient and varied legal practice, working alongside existing partners.

Core Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling the following:

  • Insolvency matters
  • Negligence and professional negligence
  • Breach of contract disputes
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Enforcement of judgments

Candidate Requirements

The firm is looking for a Litigation Solicitor with:

  • At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) or equivalent
  • Ability to meet targets, prioritise, and manage a diverse caseload
  • Capacity to work collaboratively in a team and with independent initiative
  • Skills in business development, including attending networking events
  • Strong legal and leadership abilities with a sharp eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
