Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Plymouth | Hybrid working

Growing South West Firm | Salary up to £65k

Are you a Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor looking to join a progressive, people-focused firm with ambitious growth plans? This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly regarded litigation team with an outstanding reputation, high-quality work, and genuine long-term career prospects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing your own caseload of commercial dispute resolution matters with minimal supervision
  • Advising on a broad range of disputes including commercial property disputes, breach of contract claims, shareholder and director disputes, contentious probate matters, asset and debt recovery, and alternative dispute resolution
  • Representing a diverse client base including individuals, SMEs, corporate clients, insurers, and in-house legal teams
  • Advising clients on litigation strategy, risk, and commercial solutions
  • Drafting high-quality correspondence, pleadings, and legal documentation
  • Supporting clients through negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings where required

About you:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales
  • 2 years PQE +
  • Strong commercial litigation experience with the ability to manage a varied caseload independently
