Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Plymouth | Hybrid working
Growing South West Firm | Salary up to £65k
Are you a Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor looking to join a progressive, people-focused firm with ambitious growth plans? This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly regarded litigation team with an outstanding reputation, high-quality work, and genuine long-term career prospects.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of commercial dispute resolution matters with minimal supervision
- Advising on a broad range of disputes including commercial property disputes, breach of contract claims, shareholder and director disputes, contentious probate matters, asset and debt recovery, and alternative dispute resolution
- Representing a diverse client base including individuals, SMEs, corporate clients, insurers, and in-house legal teams
- Advising clients on litigation strategy, risk, and commercial solutions
- Drafting high-quality correspondence, pleadings, and legal documentation
- Supporting clients through negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings where required

About you:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales
- 2 years PQE +
- Strong commercial litigation experience with the ability to manage a varied caseload independently
