JOB TITLE: Dispute Resolution Solicitor
PQE: 1:5 years PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: Up to GBP 60,000
The Role
The successful candidate will be joining a highly recognized team of experts in dispute resolution. You will be offering legal support to businesses, developers, investors, partnerships, landlords, tenants, and private individuals, all while working closely with experienced colleagues on complex matters. While at this firm you will be expected to manage your own developing caseload with appropriate supervision, allowing you to develop your expertise across a varied caseload. This role is perfect for someone who has or is interested in working across a wide range of commercial and general civil litigation matters, as well as property disputes. Due to the nature of the role, you will be assisting and advising on a wide variety of disputes, some being breaches of contracts, commercial disputes, construction disputes, and property litigation matters.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 1:5 years of post-qualified litigation experience. The appointed Solicitor will have gained exposure to a broad range of disputes including commercial disputes, property disputes, and general civil litigation. Along with these skills the successful candidate should also possess a collaborative attitude, good organizational skills, and a practical and commercially aware approach to problem-solving. There is also the opportunity to develop your career, so ambitious individuals are sought after for this role.
