Join MPS as a Distribution Account Manager and oversee the daily operations of content distribution, ensuring DCPs and bookings are delivered to cinemas worldwide on time and to a high standard.
You'll be working closely with internal teams across physical distribution, electronic delivery, and live events, helping to maintain a smooth end-to-end distribution process with no black screens.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan projects effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring resources are allocated in advance.
- Reprioritise and update orders as needed while keeping clients informed throughout each project lifecycle.
- Provide first-tier troubleshooting, escalating issues appropriately and supporting wider support teams.
- Manage and resolve support queries, ensuring timely updates and strong client communication.
- Handle quoting, invoicing coordination, and full end-to-end order processing across all distribution workflows.
- Maintain accurate workload planning through the distribution demand planner and act as a key client contact.
- Oversee courier logistics, manage third-party delivery partners, and escalate delivery issues when required.
- Communicate demand changes, forecast orders, and ensure efficient, cost-effective distribution methods.
- Build strong client relationships, promote MPS services, and support revenue growth.
- Support team collaboration, evaluate workflows, and contribute to improving operational standards and cross-department processes.
What You’ll Bring:

- Strong emotional intelligence skills
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
- Experience in using workflow documents such as Google Docs or Smart Sheets
- Written and verbal French to a fluent level

Qualifications/Experience
