Distribution Account Manager (Europe)
UKI & EMEA Focus
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented and driven Distribution Account Manager to join our growing European Distribution Sales Team, reporting directly to the Manager of EMEA Distribution. This role is central to our European growth strategy, offering the chance to accelerate BEWS distribution business across Europe—with a particular focus on the UKI region.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility position where your relationship-building, strategic thinking, and revenue-driving skills will directly shape Ericsson’s future in this market.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Market Leadership
- Develop a deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics and devise strategic business plans to drive adoption of Ericsson Enterprise Wireless technologies through channel partners.
- Create and implement targeted sales and marketing programmes to accelerate regional business growth.
Partner & Sales Enablement
- Evangelise Ericsson’s Enterprise Wireless ecosystem, engaging with distributors to educate, enable, and support their sales teams via training and ongoing engagement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity, quarter-close efficiency, and overall operational ease for partners.

** Relationship Management & Revenue Growth**
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key distributors across your region, ensuring strategic alignment and momentum.
- Own partner recruitment, onboarding, and growth initiatives, collaborating with high-performing team members.
- Drive revenue targets by meeting (and exceeding) assigned profitability and sell-through goals.
- Collaborate closely with distributors to streamline relationships daily, keep initiatives on track, and ensure business alignment.
Forecasting & Operational Excellence
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain pipeline visibility through disciplined use of tools and systems.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- Proven experience working with distributors in a two-tier channel model.
- Strong business development and channel sales track record, ideally in technology, telecoms, or a similar industry.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and sales skills—with the ability to influence cross-functional teams internally.
- Financial and commercial acumen, capability to analyse forecasting and reporting data.
- Proactive, autonomous, and highly motivated—able to work independently while driving results.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a reputation for raising standards among colleagues.
- Fluency in English (essential for day-to-day interactions and regional engagement).
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region as required.
