Distribution Administrator at Brakes Warrington

Any 5 from 7 days- shifts ranging between 7am-7pm
£32,617 per annum plus a great range of benefits

A Satisfying Role

As a Distribution Administrator, it’ll be your organisational skills and administrative support that helps to keep our transport operation moving. Making a real difference to all kinds of teams, you’ll be the key link between our drivers and our systems – carrying out pre-shift and de-briefs with our drivers, raising purchase orders and inputting key data for site KPIs, reporting and compliance. Deadlines are tight, but it’s the chance to thrive in a role where no two shifts are the same.

  • Significant experience using software including Microsoft Office and SAP (or other WMS)
  • The ability to prioritise work with minimal supervision
  • Problem-solving skills and the confidence to communicate any issues
  • The ability to build relationships with all kinds of people
  • Ideally, experience in a similar transport or logistics admin role – but this isn’t essential.
