Distribution Analyst – CRM & Insights (Private Markets)

The Role

We’re seeking a Distribution Analyst to lead on CRM and insights, critical to growing our Private Markets business. Combining Salesforce expertise, sales pipeline management, client intelligence, and commercial insights, this role enables our distribution teams to strengthen client relationships and uncover new opportunities.

Working closely with sales, client relationship, product, and investment teams, you’ll transform CRM data into actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness and support strategic business growth.

Alongside this, you’ll contribute to process improvements and leverage emerging technologies—including AI—to drive efficiencies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert for our Private Markets distribution team, driving best practice, data quality, and user adoption
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate, meaningful tracking of opportunities, client activity, and reporting
  • Deliver client, consultant, and market insights to shape distribution strategy and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop Salesforce dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable intelligence to sales and relationship teams
  • Support client targeting, engagement planning, and business development activities using CRM-driven insights
  • Prepare briefing materials, client profiles, and meeting packs for senior stakeholders and client-facing teams
  • Collaborate with Product, Investment, and Distribution teams to optimise how client and opportunity data is captured and utilised
  • Identify opportunities for automation and leverage digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to streamline decision-making

Who We’re Looking For

Key Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM in sales, distribution, client strategy, or commercial insights environments
  • Strong knowledge of sales pipelines, opportunity management, and CRM reporting
  • Proven track record of generating client, consultant, or market insights to drive sales and business development
  • Ability to translate data into practical recommendations for ** sales and relationship management**
  • Familiarity with institutional investment management, private markets, or broader financial services
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience supporting senior sales or client-facing professionals
  • Highly organised with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously

Desirable Traits

  • An interest in advancing process efficiency and embracing AI and digital transformation in workflows
  • Familiarity with private markets, assets under management (AUM), or investment insight tools
