The Role: Distribution Analyst, CRM & Insights
We’re seeking a Distribution Analyst to lead CRM and client insights for our Private Markets business, improving client relationships, sales pipeline management, and commercial growth.
This critical role combines:
- Salesforce CRM ownership
- Sales pipeline management
- Client intelligence and commercial insights
- Data-driven distribution strategy
Working with sales, client relationship, product, and investment teams, you’ll translate CRM data into actionable strategies—boosting sales effectiveness, supporting growth, and leveraging AI and emerging technologies for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Expertise
- Become the subject matter expert for Salesforce within Private Markets, driving best practice, data quality, and user adoption.

Pipeline Management
- Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and meaningful reporting of opportunities, client activity, and performance metrics.

Client & Market Insights
- Generate data-driven insights for clients, consultants, and market trends to shape distribution strategy and identify growth opportunities.

Advanced Reporting & Automation
- Develop Salesforce dashboards and reports critical to sales and client teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI-enhanced decision-making, and technological process improvements.

Support for Client Engagement
- Assist in client targeting, engagement planning, and business development using CRM-driven insights.
- Prepare briefing materials, client profiles, and meeting packs for senior stakeholders.

Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Investment, and Distribution teams to enhance data capture, analysis, and utilisation.
What We’re Looking For
- Salesforce Proficiency: Experience in a sales, distribution, client strategy, or commercial insights setting.
- Sales Pipeline & CRM Knowledge: Strong understanding of opportunity management, CRM reporting, and data translation.
- Institutional & Client Insights: Proven ability to create actionable recommendations for sales teams.
- Financial/Educational Background: Exposure to institutional investment management, private markets, or financial services preferred.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience supporting senior sales or client-facing professionals.
- Technical Ambition: Interest in process optimisation, AI, emerging tech, and digital tools.
- Ability to juggle demands: Highly organised, with multitasking and scheduling skills.
