The Role
Title: Distribution Analyst – CRM & Insights Division: LGIM Distribution (Private Markets)
We seek a Distribution Analyst to own CRM strategy, sales pipelines, and client insights, helping our Private Markets business scale through data-driven decision-making and emerging technologies (e.g., AI).
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce & CRM Ownership
- Act as the internal advisor on Salesforce, driving best practices for the distribution team:
- Optimising data quality and user adoption across CRM tools
- Enhancing analytics capabilities
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
- Act as an accountable owner of sales pipelines, ensuring:
- Opportunities, client activities, and reporting accuracy
- Aligned KPIs supporting business development goals
- Partner with sales teams to improve opportunity tracking

Data-Driven Growth
- Translate CRM data into actionable insights for use by:
- Senior stakeholders
- Client-facing relationship teams
- Develop sales and situational dashboards to support commercial decision-making
- Collaborate with Product, Investment, and Client Strategy teams to refine data usage and processes
Enhancing Client Engagement
- Support targeted client-engagement strategies using CRM-driven intelligence
- Produce client briefing materials, profiles, and meeting packs for internal teams
Technology & Process Improvement
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual reporting
- Explore AI and digital tools to enhance scalability in client relations
Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Salesforce Administror/CRM Expert: Familiarity with sales pipelines and reporting in high-transaction environments
- Financial Services Insights: Experience drawing useful conclusions from client and market data in contexts such as:
- Institutional investment
- Private markets
- Client strategy
- Analytical Proficiency:
- Team working (sales, CRM, investment)
- Stakeholder engagement at senior client-facing levels
- Process-Oriented: Ability to optimise workflows through emerging tech (e.g., AI)

- Tenacious but flexible: Balances data demands with multiple workstreams
- Tech-enthusiast: Eager to adapt new tools for efficiency gains
