About the Role
Job Title: Distribution Analyst (CRM & Insights) – Private Markets Business
Reporting to: Head of Distribution or Client Strategy team
You will be the go-to expert for Salesforce within our Private Markets distribution team, bridging data, insights, and commercial strategy to accelerate business growth. This role demands analytical rigor, stakeholder collaboration, and a passion for leveraging technology—particularly AI and automation—to enhance decision-making, optimise pipelines, and strengthen client relationships.
Your impact? Transformation. You’ll take raw CRM data, distil it into actionable intelligence, and help sales and client teams identify opportunities, engage more strategically, and drive revenue. This isn’t just Analyse and Report—it’s owning the pipeline, embedding process improvements, and future-proofing distribution through innovation.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Pipeline Expertise
- Own and optimise Salesforce for the Private Markets distribution team, embedding best practice, governance, and user adoption.
- Drive data quality, ensuring accurate opportunity tracking, CRMs, and reporting.
- Lead a pipeline that’s not just tracked, but strategically managed—identifying breakthrough deals, reducing leakage, and aligning metrics to business objectives.
- Develop data-driven strategies to refine sales approaches, priorities, and risk assessment in institutional/private markets.
Insights & Strategy
- ** producción client/consultant/market insights** that direct new business opportunities and ally with distribution strategy.
- Use data to identify gap markets, emerging trends, and contract renewal risks.
- Partner with Product, Investment and Distribution teams to benchmark opportunities as generated, managed, and closed.
- Create interactive Salesforce dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and predictive analytics for forecasts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
