Initial 3-Month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to become permanent)
£27,000 pro rata + monthly incentive
Looking to get your foot in the travel industry? Whether you're a recent graduate, between roles or simply looking for your next opportunity, this could be the perfect role.
We're looking for a Distribution Executive to join Oliver's Travels for an initial three-month fixed term contract. You'll help guests booking through channels like Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, delivering outstanding customer service and helping convert enquiries into bookings.
For the right person, there's a genuine opportunity for the role to become permanent, with your focus evolving from sales into helping grow and optimise our third-party distribution channels.
Please note: During the initial contract, you'll work Thursday-Monday (Thursday, Friday and Monday in our Oval office, Saturday and Sunday remotely). If the role becomes permanent, it will move to a standard Monday-Friday working pattern.
What you'll be doing
During your first three months
- Respond to guest enquiries via partner platforms and email.
- Turn enquiries into bookings by providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage bookings from enquiry through to confirmation.
- Complete post-booking administration, ensuring every booking runs smoothly.
- Liaise with homeowners to confirm availability, pricing and special requests.
- Work towards monthly sales targets and help maximise bookings.

- Optimise our portfolio across third-party channels.
- Improve processes and automation.

Working Pattern (Please Read)
- This role follows a Thursday-Monday working pattern during the initial fixed-term contract.
- Thursday, Friday and Monday from our Oval office.
- Saturday and Sunday remotely from home.
- Tuesday and Wednesday off.

Should the role become permanent following the initial contract, we'd expect it to move to a more typical Monday-Friday working pattern as the focus shifts towards distribution optimisation and channel management.
Salary & Benefits
- £27,000 per annum (equivalent to £6,750 gross for the initial 3-month fixed-term contract), plus monthly performance bonus.

Recruitment Process

- Final interview at our Oval office.
