Distribution Market Analyst
Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) are looking for a Distribution Market Analyst to join our Distribution team and help drive data-led decision making across the business. Reporting to the Senior Distribution Market Analyst, you will work closely with underwriting, distribution and data teams, you'll deliver market insight, broker analysis and reporting that supports strategic growth. Key Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting. Produce monthly management information and identify key business insights. Analyse market, broker and competitor data to support distribution strategy. Manage market sizing and share-of-wallet analysis. Support data migration and integration projects, including Snowflake-based reporting. Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from underwriting and business stakeholders. About You Experience with SQL and data analysis tools. Strong Power BI, Power Query and Excel skills. Knowledge of Python or similar programming languages is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Confident communicating insights to a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership. Detail-oriented, adaptable and collaborative. Why Apply?
