THE ROLE
A truly market leading international manufacturer of resuscitation and medical equipment. This division sell to distributors who in turn service the commercial (non-hospital) end user market and they are currently seeking to recruit a driven, focused, hungry and experienced healthcare distributor manager to maintain and further grow their business within the North and Scotland. Field based and being the face of the company, the successful candidate will be liaising with their regional and national distribution partners and going on joint visits with their sales teams - leading the sales cycle, driving new business and delivering training and product demonstrations to help further develop their business.

THE COMPANY
Employing 7,500 people worldwide and a sales team of around 90 in the UK, they have a strong presence and a well-recognised name and reputation within the healthcare/public safety industry. They are a worldwide leader in the manufacture of medical equipment with manufacturing and commercial offices in US, Germany and UK. They have a commitment to training and developing their staff and aim to give career opportunities from within. Prospects to progress through the company are excellent.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience managing distributor accounts with healthcare related products
- OR have sold for a related distributor with a solid grasp of the distribution sales process
- Living ideally in the North of the UK
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
THE PACKAGE FOR DISTRIBUTOR SALES MANAGER
- Basic: £45,000-£55,000
- OTE: £16,000+ uncapped
- Benefits: Healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + stats, full company benefits.
- Car allowance £500 per month
