Distribution Service Technician – 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

We are looking for a Distribution Service Technician to join our Finham team, on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC).
About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on role at the heart of our operations, where you’ll be on the front line protecting and maintaining our water network. Your responsibilities include:
- Responding quickly to incidents such as burst water mains and customer supply issues
- Carrying out essential remedial work on key assets like valves and hydrants
- Providing premium customer service during emergencies and ensuring reassurance for our communities

No two days are the same—your role will see you making a real difference by:
- Preventing pollution
- Keeping customers informed and supported
- Minimising supply interruptions
- Safeguarding both our network and the environment
You'll be based in Finham, covering the designated patch and will receive:
- A company vehicle (essential to perform duties)
- All required tools for the role
A full UK driving licence is mandatory. This is a critical role, available for a 40-hour week, across varied shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
