We are looking for a Distributor to join our International Supply Chain team. As the Lead Distributor, you will manage the flow of stock to DCs and stores to deliver optimal availability, sales and profit.

This is a fixed-term contract, 12 months effective from 1st week of August.

What you will be doing:

  • Calculating and creating purchase orders
  • Supplier forecasting
  • Distribution Centre replenishment
  • Managing stock intake and store stock levels to achieve month end targets as well as availability and fulfilment targets
  • Supplier liaison, including resolving/escalating issues

  • Distribution Centre communication & relationship management
  • Generate ad-hoc reports on availability and supplier fulfilment

What we are looking for:

  • Intermediate Excel experience – desirable
  • Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyse large amounts of numerical data
  • Excellent admin and organisational ability and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills, time management and prioritisation
  • Great team player with good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
