About the Role
We are excited to offer District Manager opportunities in the following locations:
- Northern Ireland West
- North Scotland
- North Wales, Cheshire & Wirral
This field-based role demands flexibility, involving variable weekly hours, including regular evenings and weekends. You’ll manage your own schedule to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster district growth through outstanding support for every Consultant in your area.
- Provide exceptional leadership, direction, motivation, and inspiration to drive Consultant success.
- Empower, coach, and develop Consultants to achieve their personal and business goals.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture that prioritises member engagement, retention, and financial success.

About You
You bring exensive leadership experience, including:
- Driving strategic business plans and building high-performing teams.
- A caring, performance-focused leadership approach with a track record of coaching and mentorship.
- Self-motivation, strong organisation, and the ability to operate independently.
- Ability to tailor communication styles—whether delivering one-to-one support or presenting to teams.
- Confidence in data-driven decisions and clear written articulation of goals.
