Cobra Coffee: The Largest Starbucks Local Licensed Partner in the UK

Cobra Coffee is the largest Starbucks local licensed partner in the UK, and our ambition is simple: to be Starbucks' best UK franchise partner. We believe we'll achieve that by caring more about the way we do business. That's why we're a people-first organisation, where our values shape every decision we make and where culture is at the heart of everything we do.

Our operating model gives our District Managers the opportunity to truly lead rather than simply oversee. With responsibility for around 10–12 stores, you'll have the time to build meaningful relationships with your Store Managers and teams, understand what makes each location unique and make a genuine difference to both your people and your business. We trust our leaders to lead.

That's why we give our District Managers the autonomy and flexibility to make decisions, coach their teams and drive performance in a way that reflects both our values and the needs of their district. You'll be empowered to take ownership, supported by a leadership team that believes in openness and doing the right thing. Working collaboratively within a growing leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to influence the wider business while helping shape its future.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
