At the heart of our journey lies our purpose: We power movements of sustainable and active lifestyles for the betterment of people and our planet. This is our purpose. It’s the reason we come to work every day. Our purpose unites us and leads us to pursue our goals, together. This is our calling.

As a District Manager you lead a portfolio of stores of multiple brands, to deliver outstanding commercial results, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience. You serve as the primary leader for Store Managers, ensuring strong execution of retail standards, people development, brand expression, and continuous improvement. You act as the connector between store teams and headquarters, driving accountability, engagement and performance. The goal is to ensure business growth in accordance with our Brands’ philosophy.

Let’s talk about the role!

  • Promote an inclusive, people‑first culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and engagement.
  • Ensure stores execute brand initiatives and marketing campaigns consistently and on time.
  • Monitor customer metrics and drive improvement plans across district.
  • Act as the voice of stores with Brand’s HQ functions, collaborate with central retail operations to drive business and execute brand strategy
  • Communicate priorities, process changes and performance expectations clearly to Store Managers.
  • Work closely with the Local HR, Health and Safety and Asset protection teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
