As a District Manager you lead a portfolio of stores of multiple brands, to deliver outstanding commercial results, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience. You serve as the primary leader for Store Managers, ensuring strong execution of retail standards, people development, brand expression, and continuous improvement. You act as the connector between store teams and headquarters, driving accountability, engagement, and performance. The goal is to ensure business growth in accordance with our Brands’ philosophy.

- Lead Store Managers to deliver sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI objectives across the District by analyzing performance trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and implement action plans to drive results.
- Translate performance data into clear, practical insights for Store Managers, linking commercial results to in-store behaviours and actions, ensuring high standards of customer experience.
- Conduct structured store visits focused on coaching, performance assessment, and execution quality.
- Lead focused performance recovery plans in underperforming stores, providing hands-on support and coaching until sustainable improvement is achieved.
- Champion brand DNA across stores ensuring strong visual identity, product storytelling, and elevated customer experience.
- Manage and lead the opening of new stores and hiring store talents.
- Promote an inclusive, people-first culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and engagement.
- Ensure stores execute brand initiatives and marketing campaigns consistently and on time.
- Monitor customer metrics and drive improvement plans across district.
- Act as the voice of stores with Brand’s HQ functions, collaborate with central retail operations to drive business and execute brand strategy.
- Communicate priorities, process changes, and performance expectations clearly to Store Managers.
- Work closely with the Local HR, Health and Safety, and Asset protection teams.

What makes you the perfect District Manager?
- Solid and consistent management experience in a comparable position and already have experience in managing several stores.
- Proven record of achieving commercial and operational results and driving store performance.
- Strong people leader with demonstrated coaching and development skills.
- Data-driven decision maker with strong business acumen and planning capability.
- Able to manage complexity, ambiguity, and pace across multiple locations, while maintaining focus on execution excellence.
- High level of responsibility management, communication skills, and flexibility.
- Frequent travel (approximately 80% or more including air and overnight travel).
- Fluent in English.
- Residence within the assigned area.
