District Sales Manager – North UK & Ireland (Coronary Diagnostics)

Are you an experienced medical sales professional looking to make an impact in cardiovascular healthcare? We’re supporting a fast-growing MedTech company in their search for a District Sales Manager to cover the North of the UK and Ireland. This role blends new business development with strategic account management, driving adoption of innovative, non-invasive diagnostic technology across the NHS and private healthcare providers.
What you’ll be doing
- Growing the business: Prospect, engage, and secure new accounts across the territory.
- Developing strategies: Build and execute sales plans to expand the use of cutting-edge cardiovascular diagnostic solutions.
- Driving adoption: Support clinicians and healthcare teams to successfully implement and expand the technology in existing accounts.
- Building partnerships: Establish long-term relationships with cardiologists, radiologists, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborating cross-functionally: Work closely with internal colleagues in marketing, clinical support, and market access.
- Leading education: Organise training sessions, workshops, and events to raise awareness and improve clinical pathways.

What we’re looking for
- Proven track record in healthcare sales (interventional cardiology, cardiovascular diagnostics, radiology, or related areas strongly preferred).
- Experience introducing and scaling adoption of new medical technologies within NHS and/or private healthcare.
- Strong clinical pathway and program development experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and executive levels.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organised.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).

Background & Experience
- Degree in science, medicine, business, or related field preferred.
- 5–10+ years’ healthcare sales experience (Interventional Cardiology or diagnostics strongly desirable).
- Demonstrated success in NHS and/or HSE environments.
✅ This is a home-based role, ideally suited to someone within the area of Manchester.
