Regional Parts & Service Sales Manager – Distrigo Hub, Relay, Market & Eurorepar Car Service
About the Role
The primary purpose of this field-based role is to achieve Parts & Service sales objectives by driving and enhancing performance across Distrigo Hub, Relay, Market, and Eurorepar Car Service businesses, with a focus on sales performance, marketing, and operational profitability.
You’ll:
- Work closely with site management and leadership to grow sales, boost profitability, and implement Parts & Service sales actions, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Collaborate directly with Area Operations Managers to ensure key operational norms, systems, and contractual criteria are implemented and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth: Increase sales performance through targeted strategies across regional businesses.
- Operational excellence: Align processes with profitability goals and financial data standards.
- Strategic planning: Develop business cases to support sales strategies and components decisions.
- Marketing & funnel growth: Leverage marketing techniques to expand the sales pipeline effectively.
- Pressure-handling: Operate effectively within high-pressure commercial environments while working autonomously.

What We’re Looking For
We welcome candidates who demonstrate the following skills and experience – ideally 3+ years in sales or commercial roles:

Experience Required:
- In-depth knowledge of:
- UK Aftermarket
- Trade & Network Operations
- Proven operational and financial understanding:
- Ability to navigate composite accounts, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting
- Construct persuasive business cases for Parts & Service strategies
- Marketing expertise: Application of marketing to grow the sales funnel
