Our client is currently seeking to hire an HR Consultant – Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) on a permanent basis.

- Salary: £43,000
The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces and shaping impactful people policies. As an HR Consultant (EDI), you’ll play a vital role in supporting, engaging, and developing our workforce.

In this position, you will:
- Develop and review HR policies and practices, ensuring alignment with best practice and compliance.
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, including mediation and conflict resolution.
- Use workforce data and insights to strategically support Equality Impact Assessments (EqIAs).
- Collaborate with colleague networks to enhance engagement and inclusion strategies.
- Lead or support projects aimed at shaping a positive workplace culture, fostering a sense of belonging.

- Strong experience in HR, particularly in equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- A sound understanding of employment law and regulatory frameworks.
- The ability to build positive working relationships while driving fair, evidence-based people practices.
