Background

Founded in 1968, HH was one of the founding innovators of amplifier and loudspeaker technology for modern professional audio. Today, HH’s range of live sound and audio installation products is highly respected and sold globally through a network of distributors and dealers.

The team is currently pursuing a business plan to drive growth by expanding its international presence, strengthening distributor partnerships, and increasing market share across key territories. To support this, HH Audio is seeking an experienced Division Manager to drive sales growth and develop business opportunities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)

The successful candidate will become a key member of the HH Audio team and will play a pivotal role in delivering the brand's commercial objectives across EMEA.

HH Audio is part of the Headstock Group. Based in Birmingham, in the heart of the UK, Headstock is a leading manufacturer and distributor of musical instruments and professional audio equipment. The company owns the renowned Laney Amplification and HH Audio brands and serves as the exclusive distributor for the UK and Ireland for some of the world’s most respected names in music.

Role Purpose

The EMEA Division Manager is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth, market expansion, and commercial performance for the HH Audio brand across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role is accountable for delivering regional sales targets through the effective management of distributor networks, key customer relationships, and channel development activities.

Acting as the primary commercial link between regional customers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders, the EMEA Division Manager provides market intelligence, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures the effective execution of regional business and sales plans. Working closely with the HH Brand Head, the role is focused on delivering profitable growth, strengthening channel partnerships, expanding market presence, and enhancing the HH Audio brand throughout the EMEA region.

Reporting Lines

The EMEA Division Manager will report directly to the HH Brand Head and will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing strategic distributor relationships, and delivering the commercial objectives of the HH Audio brand across the EMEA region. The role will also support the Chief Commercial Officer through regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, market developments, and commercial results against budget.

Key Responsibilities

Distributor Management & Commercial Deliver

  • Set and deliver annual purchase and sales targets with distributor partners to achieve regional revenue objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with contracted distributors, dealers, and key customers across the EMEA region.
  • Support sales forecasting, order planning, inventory management, and successful new product launches within the region.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share and expand brand presence across existing and emerging territories.

Sales & Marketing Planning

  • Develop and execute annual sales and business development plans with each distributor to achieve agreed revenue and market share objectives.
  • Monitor performance against sales targets, in-market sell-through, and market share, implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Work with distributors to develop and execute local marketing initiatives that support sales growth and brand visibility.
  • Ensure effective deployment of co-operative marketing funds and promotional budgets in line with agreed regional priorities.
  • Support key promotional activities, customer events, trade shows, and product demonstrations across the EMEA region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, influencers, consultants, and end-users to strengthen brand presence and generate new business opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
