Salary: £26,707 to £30,378 Indefinite with end date

Biomedical and Life Sciences – 0.40 fte (14.5 hours)
The Faculty of Health and Medicine is seeking to appoint positive, proactive, and self-motivated Divisional Coordinators with excellent communication and organisational skills. These are key roles within the Professional Services and Operations teams, providing high-level support to Heads of Division and Senior Teams.
These positions are based at the Health Innovation One building (LMS) and the main University campus (BLS), offering an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic higher education environment. The roles are varied and fast-paced, requiring strong administrative and organisational capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. They would suit motivated team players who can work effectively under pressure and contribute to a collaborative working environment.

The posts are offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis starting August 2026. A secondment opportunity may be considered, subject to agreement with your current line manager.
