The UK's leading provider of flexible workforce solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated Divisional Director to lead and grow our North West division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior leader with a proven track record in the recruitment industry to join a dynamic and ambitious company. You will be responsible for driving the divisional strategy, managing and developing a team of recruitment professionals, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment market, excellent leadership and sales skills, and a passion for developing people.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior recruitment leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving growth
- Strong understanding of the North West labour market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Full UK driving licence
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing the divisional business plan
- Managing the divisional budget and P&L
- Leading, motivating, and coaching the divisional team
- Driving business development and client relationship management
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies
- Reporting on divisional performance to senior management
