Divisional Growth Director, London

A consultancy group in the built environment space is looking for a growth focused Director to lead its London practice.

Reporting to the MD you will drive business performance through P&L growth, client satisfaction and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of the regional business plan and the success of the UK business
  • Drive new revenue growth through sector expansion
  • Deepen existing relationships and grow average project revenues
  • Build and maintain senior relationships across clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop the team, ensuring operational effectiveness, strong governance, and high quality delivery

  • Relevant senior leadership experience within a project consultancy, professional services, property or infrastructure environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing a business unit with full P&L accountability.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering growth and profitability.
  • An established client network and proven business development capability.
  • A track record of leading and developing teams within a matrix organisation.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
