What You'll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of the Hull division, driving performance and long-term growth.
- Build, lead and inspire a high-performing recruitment team.
- Re-engage lapsed clients while winning new schools across the region.
- Lead from the front with your own billing desk and commercial focus.
- Coach, mentor and develop consultants into top performers.
- Create a positive, high-energy culture where people enjoy coming to work.
- Deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest safeguarding and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
- A proven recruiter with a successful billing background.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring recruiters.
- A natural leader who enjoys developing people.
- Commercially driven with a passion for growing markets.
- Someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to build something with real purpose.
