Divisional Marketing Manager
Lithia UK, Hybrid - travel around the HLS (Aston Martin, McLaren, Lotus, Ferrari, PininFarina & Stratstone Select) division to meet the needs of the business, as well as bi-weekly travel to Nottingham Head Office
- Basic salary of £40,000 with bonus, car allowance, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases and aftersales services

We’re looking for a Divisional Marketing Manager who can lead the charge, shaping impactful sales and aftersales marketing strategies across our brands. You’ll play a key role in enhancing customer engagement, maximising enquiry levels, and driving divisional growth.
Your Journey as a Divisional Marketing Manager:
- Develop and execute brand-specific marketing strategies that align with OEM campaigns and local business needs, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Lead the divisional marketing strategy, adapting and refining plans to align with business performance and evolving market trends
- Drive local social media content, collaborating with dealership social media champions to increase engagement and grow followers
- Create annual marketing plans with clear KPIs, revisiting each quarter to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee sales and aftersales marketing funnels, using data-driven insights to inform campaign effectiveness, lead management, and ROI
- Manage the divisional marketing budget, ensuring every pound spent delivers measurable impact and aligns with commercial objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and results
- Act as the go-to marketing contact for OEMs, third-party agencies, and key stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of communication
- Ensure full compliance with FCA, GDPR, PECR, and OEM brand guidelines, maintaining a keen focus on data protection and customer privacy
- Collaborate with the Group marketing team to align local initiatives with national strategies, ensuring a unified brand presence
- Understand the importance of Stakeholder Management, engagement and relationship building and how this shapes collaborative working across central support functions and the business operation
- Plan, manage, and execute impactful events, from product launches to customer engagement activities, ensuring each one leaves a lasting impression
- Support the Marketing Operations Director, stepping up to lead when required and providing strategic insights that elevate marketing efforts across the division

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge?
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within the automotive or retail sector
- The ideal candidate will be based in the East Midlands or North of England due to store locations
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day tactical execution with long-term brand building
- Exceptional communication skills – you’re as comfortable presenting campaign results to senior leadership as you are coaching your team to reach their potential
- Analytical skills to assess marketing performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that drive growth
- Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI-focused marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and social media platforms, with a knack for creating compelling, on-brand content
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach – you’re always looking for ways to innovate, improve, and exceed expectations
- A customer-first mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A passion for the automotive industry and a genuine desire to be part of a team that’s shaping its future
