Divisional Planning Lead (P6)

Major Healthcare Project | Jersey based role
to £150,000 + Package

A leading international contractor is seeking an experienced Divisional Planning Lead to take ownership of programme strategy and planning leadership on one of the Channel Islands' largest construction projects.

This is a rare opportunity to join a landmark healthcare development valued at over £700m, leading the planning function from preconstruction through to completion. The project is a large-scale, technically complex scheme with a multi-year delivery programme and significant design, procurement, construction and stakeholder interfaces.

The role is based in Jersey and includes accommodation support together with the island's favourable tax regime, creating a highly attractive overall package.

The Role

This is the senior planning position on the project.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall programme strategy, project controls, planning resources and programme performance across the entire development lifecycle.

You will lead the planning team, own the master programme and work closely with operational, commercial and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
