💼 About the Role
In this role you will join a team of Divorce Specialists and will report to our Assisted Team Lead.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience gained working in family law and particularly in divorce and financial remedy. We are looking for a self-motivated person who can provide superlative customer service to our customers.
You will be helping customers through their divorce and financial remedy order by consent, providing information on the process and what the court are looking for when deciding on whether they can approve a financial order by consent.

🔥 Key Responsibilities
As a Divorce Specialist, you will:
- Help and guide customers through their divorce and financial remedy order by consent, providing information on the process and what the court are looking for when deciding on whether they can approve a financial order by consent.
- Follow the amicable divorce processes.
- Be responsible for ensuring that outstanding customer service is provided to all of our customers to support the progress of their separation and financial order in a timely manner.
- Ensure data integrity on all platforms, monitor input of customer data making sure it is recorded accurately and efficiently on our various platforms.
- Complete amicable documentation accurately to ensure accurate information is collected for filing court documents.
- Take advice calls with potential customers and proactively manage them to become customers.
😊 About You
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Experience of working in family law and particularly in divorce and financial remedy in England and Wales.
- In-depth knowledge of financial remedy in divorce by consent.
- Previous experience in legal practice.
- Ability to explain legal concepts in a way that is easy to understand.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency and confidence working with IT systems and technology.
- Ability to work autonomously and take accountability for your workload.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to remain accurate whilst under pressure.
- Ability to be efficient and proactive in case management.
- Ability to plan and manage your own workload efficiently.
- Fluency in English language.
- Proactivity and flexibility – our team members work efficiently and support each other.

- Salary: Up to £35,000 per year depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
- Sales bonus - based on initial advice calls with potential customers and proactively managing them into customers.
