DL Kids Coach
Join Our Team as a DL Kids Coach – Europe’s Top Premium Health & Wellness Group
About the Role
Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group is looking for a passionate DL Kids Coach to join our caring and dynamic team!
As a qualified DL Kids Coach, you’ll deliver a variety of fun, engaging activities—including sports, games, and art sessions—for members aged 3–12, working both after school and during weekends. Our holiday club programmes during school breaks provide fantastic sports camps where children can explore, play, and develop physically in a supportive environment.
Working hours: Up to 8 hours per week (minimum) with flexibility to accommodate busy schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, host, and facilitate a range of games, sporting activities, and creative sessions tailored to different age groups.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children feel valued and excited to learn.
- Support the holiday club and after-school programmes, ensuring children have an enjoyable experience.
- Work after school and during weekends to accommodate family schedules.
- Collaborate with team leaders to deliver engaging, high-quality programmes.

Requirements
- Age: Must be 17+.
- Qualifications: Working towards a childcare/teaching/coaching qualification (e.g., recognised coaching courses, early years training, or youth sports certifications).
- Experience: Previous experience in similar environments (e.g., tutoring, youth coaching, after-school clubs, playground leadership).
- Passion: A genuine love for working with children and the ability to energise and engage young minds.
